Our Approach to Mastermind Sessions
With years of experience cultivating leadership and innovation globally, we are excited to share industry best practices and facilitate new network connections to help good leaders, be great leaders. This is how we approach our Mastermind Sessions.
P.A.I.R. – Pillar, Assessment, Immersion, Reflection
- Session 1: Pillar – Focused on the latest research and core values that drive innovation and business results. Lay the foundation for strong connection and introductions to your fellow co-hort members.
- Session 2: Assessment – Participants benefit from personalized assessments which evaluating strengths, gaps, and opportunities. We'll discuss findings in a way that will unlock new insights into how you can do your best work with what you learned from your thinking and leadership style.
- Session 3: Immersion – Deep, hands-on engagement in learning and practice. Leaders will be able to apply immediately outside what they learned inside the mastermind workshop experience.
- Session 4: Reflection – Sharing experiences with other industry leaders and the opportunity to Internalize insights for continuous growth and improvement. This session will cement the learning using neuroscienced backed methods on learning.
